I had my first two lessons there with Joe last summer. He’s a great teacher and having a jet ski follow us around was really helpful. I managed to get up on the board on my first day which was a big surprise. I recommend Joe as a teacher to any of my friends who want to learn to kite.

From the very first lesson with Joe, my attention was grabbed as he showed so much excitement for the sport. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, and as Joe walked me through all the necessary steps I began to trust myself with the kite. Joe helped me develop the confidence to ride on my own. As I was learning I felt assured if anything went wrong he would be able to get me out of it.

Joe is super fun, with a lot of energy, and love for the sport. I had a great time taking lessons from Joe, and I would recommend to anyone to take lessons from Joe. No matter how the wind behaves, you will learn a bunch and have fun!

Learning to kite with Joe was great, anytime I struggled or was unsure of my kite flying Joe was there to jump right in and get you back on track. He even has a wicked cannon ball as he dives in to help. His wave runner chase crew was a nice touch to make sure you get the most out of each lesson. Joes right by your side following you the whole time giving you tips to keep you going and advance on your skills. And when you get the hang of it, Joes there cheering you on. I took lessons with other instructors in other areas and Joe was the instructor that got me up and riding. I recommend Joe your next kite lesson.
